On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), on the morning of July 22, 2026, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Trà Leng commune attended the Ceremony of offering flowers and incense at the Martyrs' Cemetery; offered incense at the Monument of the Steering Committee of Western Quảng Nam and the Relic Area of the Inter-regional Party Committee Base, Military Command of Zone V in Nam Trà My commune.
This is an activity of profound significance to commemorate and express gratitude to those who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, while also contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism and the moral principle of "When drinking water, remember its source" for current generations.
Solemnly expressing gratitude to those who sacrificed for the Fatherland
Attending the ceremony, from Trà Leng commune, there were the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, along with representatives of leaders of advisory agencies, assistants to the Party Committee, and leaders of specialized agencies under the commune's People's Committee.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates respectfully offered flowers, incense, and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the great President Ho Chi Minh, the heroic martyrs, the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, and the outstanding children of the nation who dedicated and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, reunification, and defense of the Fatherland.
The incense sticks lit in reverence are a message of gratitude sent to previous generations. Each wreath, each minute of silence expresses deep gratitude for the sacrifices that created independence and peace, allowing the country to achieve the development it has today.
