Implementing Sub-project 1, Project 7 of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2026, the Trà Leng commune working group organized a study tour and experience exchange in Đắk Tô and Măng Đen communes. The trip focused on exploring suitable production, livestock breeding, community tourism, and livelihood models, thereby providing a basis for the locality to research and select a development direction appropriate to its actual conditions.
Learning about the breeding cow model in Đắk Tô commune
In Đắk Tô commune, the working group visited and learned about the breeding cow model and several production and livelihood development models suitable for local conditions.
Through the practical visits, the members of the group had the opportunity to exchange experiences on organizing production, animal care, herd development, and improving economic efficiency. The practical experiences from the model serve as a reference for the locality in developing and implementing livelihood models for the people of Trà Leng.

Learning about the livestock breeding model also provided the working group with additional insights into how to organize production, care methods, and the potential for livestock development in a way that suits the conditions of each household.
Exploring the community tourism model in Măng Đen
In Măng Đen commune, the working group visited and learned about community tourism models linked to livelihood development and services. This was an opportunity for members to discuss how to leverage landscape advantages, culture, and community life to generate additional income for the people.
In addition to community tourism models, the group also surveyed and exchanged experiences from several other suitable livelihood models in the area. The practical approaches shared provided the group with more information on how to organize activities, develop services, and connect livelihoods with the existing advantages of the locality.
For Trà Leng, understanding these models is significant in the process of researching directions for community tourism development linked to indigenous culture, local products, and the lives of the people.
Selecting models suitable for Trà Leng's conditions
The study tour was an opportunity for local officials to directly access livelihood models, exchange experiences with other localities, and learn effective practical approaches. Through this, the group gained a stronger basis to assess the applicability of models suitable for the natural conditions, resources, and development needs of Trà Leng commune.

Learning from experience is not limited to referencing existing models, but aims to research their operation, economic efficiency, and the necessary conditions for appropriate application in the locality. This is an important basis for Trà Leng to gradually build practical and sustainable livelihood models.
Diversifying livelihoods, aiming for sustainable poverty reduction
Developing appropriate livelihoods is one of the important factors for increasing income and improving the lives of people in mountainous areas. Accessing various models provides Trà Leng with more options in promoting its potential in livestock breeding, production, services, and community tourism.

Through the study tour and experience exchange, the locality aims to research and select models that are likely to suit actual conditions, thereby gradually diversifying livelihoods, increasing income for the people, and promoting the locality's advantages.
This is also one of the activities contributing to the effective implementation of Sub-project 1, Project 7 of the National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2026, aiming to create stable livelihoods and achieve sustainable poverty reduction in Trà Leng commune.
