After many days of accompanying the people of Trà Leng commune with practical and meaningful activities, on July 6, 2026, the University of Education - The University of Da Nang organized the closing ceremony of the 2026 Green Summer Volunteer Campaign, concluding a summer of youth with countless imprints on the vast land.

For Trà Leng, the presence of volunteer soldiers was not merely days of supporting the local community in carrying out campaign tasks. From the first days of setting foot in Bằng La village until the farewell, the blue shirts of UED youth became a familiar image to the local people. The smiles, handshakes, and sincere words of encouragement created a beautiful bond between the university, the local community, and the people.
Gifts carrying affection for the people of Trà Leng
Within the framework of the closing program, the Campaign Steering Committee presented 200 gifts to students in Trà Leng with a total value of over 100 million VND, contributing to adding joy and motivation for them to continue striving in their studies.

In addition, the program also presented 40 gifts to disadvantaged households with a total value of 20 million VND, along with 06 support packages for disadvantaged students with a total value of 3 million VND.

The value of these gifts is not in the numbers, but in the care and sincere affection of the youth of the University of Education - The University of Da Nang for the people and children here. Each gift given carries the desire to share, to instill more faith so that the people and students have more motivation in life and study. Throughout the 2026 Green Summer Campaign, volunteer teams implemented many activities in the fields of education, environmental protection, digital transformation, social welfare, and community activities.

The people of Trà Leng will still remember the image of the blue-shirted soldiers diligently cleaning the premises to prepare for the 1st Trà Leng Cinnamon Festival, together completing the project "Lighting up the Cinnamon Road", organizing beautiful handwriting classes, STEM programs for highland students, environmental protection training, accompanying cultural activities, and contributing to the success of the festival.
In every task, the students brought a spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm, and a serious work attitude. Under the sun of early July, every drop of sweat contributed to creating practical projects and values for the local community.
Some projects will exist for years. Some activities will end after a few days. But what remains longest is the affection between people, the beautiful memories created by sincere companionship.

The local community acknowledged the positive contributions of the volunteer teams in many activities, especially their companionship in preparing and organizing the 1st Trà Leng Cinnamon Festival in 2026, programs for children, landscape construction activities, environmental protection, and spreading the beautiful image of youth to the community.
Also during the program, Mr. Bùi Minh Ngọc - Principal of Trà Leng Semi-Boarding Ethnic School, expressed his appreciation for the responsibility and dedication of the volunteer soldiers. The educational, experiential, and skill-building activities brought by the students left many beautiful memories for the teachers and students of the school, and also provided more motivation for highland students to continue nurturing their dreams.

The 2026 Green Summer Campaign has officially concluded. The blue shirts will return to their lecture halls, continuing their journey of learning and growth. The vast Trà Leng will return to its daily rhythm after the festival season, but the memories of this summer will remain intact in the hearts of the local people.
