With the goal of prioritizing people's safety, the A Nong Border Guard Post, under the Da Nang City Border Guard, is currently coordinating closely with local party committees and authorities to implement natural disaster prevention measures. This is a practical activity aimed at protecting the lives and property of mountainous ethnic communities amidst the complex developments of the storm season.
The focus of this deployment is the relocation of households currently living in areas at high risk of landslides. Proactively moving homes helps minimize risks and provides peace of mind for the people during periods of extreme weather.
Alongside the relocation efforts, border guard forces and local authorities are also focusing on the thorough preparation of resettlement sites. Building safe and stable new housing not only helps the community weather the storm season but also creates a foundation for them to confidently develop production and stabilize their long-term lives in the highlands.
